The publication highlights research made by Constantine Ushinsky of a certain range of social and educational problems of the organization of the first kindergartens, schools for juveniles in Western European countries, in particular Germany and Switzerland, the system of education in them, drawn attention to the attitude of the famous scientists to this phenomenon.
