In this article the attention is focused on the system-creating idea of the whole K. Ushynskii pedagogics, namely the development of a human. Author reveals the approaches of the scientist to this phenomenon understanding, the level of studying the scientific heritage of a scholar and the actuality of a problem in the context of national education modernization.
