Dear Ari, I am grateful for your presentation as it contains valuable Finnish experience in arranging teaching that you share with us. Taking into consideration all the aspects you have mentioned and having seen Finnish teachers in their job, I would like say that the goverment really cares about nowadays' citizents, what is more important about tomorrow's ones. It is a well known fact that a perfect teacher raises a perfect generation.
